This coffee has been organically grown and processed by the traditional washing method. In this method the husk and cherry flesh is separated from the coffee bean. After washing, the beans are left to dry on beds raised off the ground for about ten days, depending on the weather.

This coffee is a perfect ally to start the day and accompany your breakfasts. It is a very balanced, elegant coffee, with notes of fruit and dark chocolate.

Añas Blues is cultivated by small producers who share a responsible and sustainable vision of what a coffee plantation means. The organic coffee plantations allow future generations of producers the possibility of continuing the family business. Most of the farms are second or third generation and the harvests are harvested at the mills where they continue their journey to Europe.
