It is located in the southwestern region of <strong>Minas<\/strong> <strong>Gerais<\/strong>, in Ibiraci, a place already known worldwide as Alta Mogiana Mineira. With a climate and altitude favorable to the production of highly special coffees, they work with the hope of taking the name of the region even further, thanks to hard work together with other producers. They always share their experiences, and all their efforts are geared towards increasing scores in <strong>natural<\/strong> <strong>batches<\/strong>. Finalist for<strong> 3 consecutive years<\/strong> in regional and national contests, it shows that <strong>the best specialty coffees in Brazil come out here<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The process by which the grains have been dried has been a <strong>natural<\/strong> way, which consists of leaving the coffee cherries once harvested, on some beds to dry and <strong>ferment<\/strong> in the sun. It is a process in which you have to be very careful since a bad fermentation can ruin the grain and consequently its flavor.<\/p>\n<p>Located in the state of <strong>Minas<\/strong> <strong>Gerais<\/strong>, which is favored by an average annual temperature of 22\u00b0, it is one of the <strong>most productive<\/strong> areas in Brazil. It produces 30% of the country&#8217;s total production, most of which comes from small farms, whose coffees have been valued and awarded on many occasions.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the <strong>medium<\/strong> <strong>roast<\/strong> that we offer, this coffee manages to transmit <strong>chocolate<\/strong> notes, with somewhat <strong>winey<\/strong> <strong>aromas<\/strong> and <strong>fruit<\/strong> <strong>reminiscent<\/strong> of <strong>red<\/strong> <strong>apples<\/strong>.
