This coffee has been grown organically and processed by the traditional washing method. In this method, the peel and flesh of the cherry are separated from the coffee bean. After washing, the grain is left to dry on raised beds from the ground for about ten days, depending on the time.
This coffee is a perfect ally to start the day and accompany your breakfasts. It is a very balanced and elegant coffee, with notes of fruit and dark chocolate.
Añas Blues is grown by small producers who share a responsible and sustainable vision of what a coffee plantation means. Organic coffee plantations allow future generations of producers the possibility of continuing with the family business. Most of the farms are second or third generation and the crops are harvested at the mills where they continue their journey to Europe.
