This coffee has been cultivated in the state of Oaxaca, one of the best places to grow coffee due to its height. In this state, the coffees are chemical free and environmentally friendly. In 2012, was created the Cafeticultores Organicos, unifying two associations of coffee producers with the aim of facing the challenges related to production, and thus promoting their coffee nationally but also internationally.
The warm winds of the Pacific Ocean also helps to make this famous drink to build a moderate aroma and fragrance, a strong strong flavor, low acidity and a medium body.
The cup that this coffee offers is marked by its sweetness, with hints of caramel and vanilla, and aromas of dark chocolate and lemon. It is an ideal coffee to drink both in espresso or with a drop of milk.
