REGION: Cerrado Mineiro
HEIGHT: 1.200 m.a.s.l
VARIETY: Mundo Novo
PROCESS: Natural

Chocolate, caramel, apple, sugar cane, sweet, medium creamy body.

This coffee has been grown on the Cerrado Mineiro region, which is managed by Daterra that is committed to sustainable methods that are less harmful to the environment, producing excellent quality coffee. The process by which the beans have been dried has been in a natural method, which consists of leaving the coffee cherry, once collected, on beds to dry and ferment under the sun. It is a process in which you have to be very careful since bad fermentation can ruin the grain and consequently its flavour.

Located in the state of Minas Gerais, which is favoured by an average annual temperature of 22 °, it is one of the most productive areas in Brazil. It produces 30% of the total production of the country, coming from the majority of small farms, whose coffees have been valued and awarded on many occasions.

Thanks to the medium roasting that we offer, this coffee manages to convey some chocolate notes, with somewhat lemony aromas and fruits reminiscent of red apple and sugar cane. In the mouth the main flavour is caramel, giving a creamy texture with a medium body.

It is ideal for both filter or espresso preparation.
